Vital Signs 2015
The Centre Wellington Community Foundation has released its 2015 Vital Signs report. Along with 26 other communities across Canada, the report was issued on October 6, and features highlights of our community in three areas: The Gap Between the Rich and the Poor; Leadership and Belonging; and, Arts and Culture.
